Kyle Kerr is a Nanaimo native who grew up in the Okanagan. At least 16 of those have been in Victoria. Camosun College provided him with the necessary education to become a licensed Realtor. As a result, he has worked hard to keep up with the requirements for his real estate license and has enrolled in additional training to broaden his knowledge of the industry.

In the past, he worked in the construction and industrial supply industry as a sales and marketing representative. During his early career, he held a variety of positions in these businesses.

Many of Kyle Kerr's accomplishments over the years have made him proud. When he helps someone buy or sell a home, he feels proud and satisfied. As a result of his efforts, numerous investors have completed transactions, community members have received assistance with real estate issues, and he has contributed economic knowledge to help others.

He is most proud of being a multiple MLS award recipient. In 2018, he held the office of President of the Victoria Real Estate Board, a position he is happy to have held. One of his proudest accomplishments is being recognized as a REMAX Spirit of the West Award Winner for Community Involvement.

He is also a co-founder of the Good Game Charity Society, a non-profit that works to improve the lives of others. With this organization, he can combine his passion for helping others and his love of athletics by working hard to expand its reach.

Kyle Kerr is a sports aficionado in addition to being a full-time employee for his employers. Although he is a big fan of football and basketball, he is also glad to play softball, volleyball or lawn bowling. He enjoys participating in and watching a wide range of sports.

In his spare time, he likes to go trekking and explore the great outdoors. To keep himself in shape, he often attends boot camps. He also likes to spend time with pals working out in the gym.

Kerr is also a big fan of delicious cuisine and a cup of coffee that has just been brewed from the pot. A cup of coffee is all it takes to track him down.

Additionally, he is a huge fan of exploring new places, with some of his favorites thus far being Portugal, Ecuador, and Germany. In the future, he intends to travel more. Kyle Kerr, on the other hand, has always been fascinated by space and everything it has to offer.

When it comes to giving back to the community, Kyle Kerr has done so through a variety of organizations and initiatives. Many charities have received donations from him in the form of his time and money. Along with HeroWork, Kool Aid Society and Kool Aid Society of Canada and ALS Society of Canada and Fernwood Community Association, these organizations also include the Rainbow Kitchen, Kool Aid Society, KidsSport Victoria and Santa's Anonymous on CFAX. He's always on the lookout for new methods to help those in need, and he's always willing to lend a hand to organizations that contact him with their requests.

He also gives his time freely to coach children sports. In turn, he is able to put his passion for athletics to good use by assisting those without strong social networks. As a co-founder of the Good Game Charity Society, he devotes much of his time to that cause as well.
